Mission
The primary mission of the Tompkins County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is to offer economic incentives to the Tompkins County businesses in order to create and retain quality employment opportunities and strengthen the local tax base. The IDA targets the industrial sector and will only consider other sectors if certain criteria are met.

Regular IDA Board meetings take place the first Friday of the month from 3: 00 PM - 5:00 PM.  Location is "Old Jail" conference room, 125 E. Court Street, Ithaca, NY.  Date, time and location is subject to change.
